3. Triathlon Swim Programmes
Suitable for beginners and repeat offenders ;)
Programmes include the following:
Open Water racing and swimming skills such as starts, breathing, sighting, etc
Swimming technique drills and skills with videos such as THIS ONE to guide you.
Aerobic Capacity development
Stroke efficiency
Strength building within your stroke
Pacing skills including individual race pace specific to you and your goals
Speed work
Results tracking and scoring within the mobile app/

7. Indoor Rowing Programme.
Our rowing programmes are designed to help you improve your rowing skills on an indoor rowing machine. Programmes focus on a variety of energy systems, and will help you to improve both your sprint distances and longer distances.

Concept 2 Rowing
This programme is designed to help you improve your rowing on an indoor rowing machine.
All sessions include Warm up, Mobility and a Main Set.
Pricing:
1 x Week: £20 per 4 weeks
2 x Week: £30 per 4 weeks.
3 x Week: £40 per 4 weeks.
8. Strength & Conditioning Programmes.
It is SO important to build strength and stability in your joints and muscles to assist you in your chosen sport, whether that is Swimming Running or Rowing, so SwimWod also provide a number of well-rounded strength and conditioning programmes to help make you stronger in your event, AND help with injury prevention.
You will have a consultation with your coach online, to assess your goals and figure out the type of programme you will need. Also includes results tracking and coach feedback throughout.
Home Workout
2020 has also given many people reason to want to stay at home to workout, and SwimWod has been providing people with Home Workout programmes throughout all of lockdown. if you would like a fun, varied home workout programme that will maintain and build your strength, make you flexible, and have you trying new things - sign up below.
All of these programmes will involve skill and drill videos like THIS ONE for you to follow and learn from.

Strength & Conditioning Programme
This programme is bespoke designed to suit you and your chosen sport in helping you get stronger for your event and prevent injuries. Designed around your ability level and what equipment you have access to, your coach will work with you to achieve your goals.
All sessions include Warm up, Mobility and a strength piece followed by a conditioning piece.
Pricing:
1 x Week: £30 per 4 weeks
2 x Week: £45 per 4 weeks.
3 x Week: £60 per 4 weeks.
Home Workout Programme
2020 has taught us that we can still get our exercise fix in by working out at home safely and maintaining our health and getting that release of endorphins we all need.
Our home workout programme has different ability levels for you to choose from, is varied and interesting and will have you working new skills, all the while getting stronger and fitter. No need for equipment, household items will be fine, but if you do have equipment you can still use it.
Pricing:
1 x Week: £15 per 4 weeks
2 x Week: £25 per 4 weeks.
3 x Week: £30 per 4 weeks.
