Sessions include:

1. Warm up

2. Skill - will usually focus on one of the 4 strokes for that day.

3. 1 or 2 Main Sets

4. Drill and skill videos for you and your athletes to follow, like this one.

5. 3 x different skill levels to be chosen from for the beginner, intermediate and advanced swimmers for each session so your whole gym should be able to get involved.

Workouts will vary in terms of time, length, focus, energy system, muscle focus, and most importantly - will be FUN!

Ability Levels

In each session you will see A, B and C options for your members to choose from for each section. A guide to each level follows:

A) Between 2km and 3km

B) Between 1km and 2km

C) Between 600 and 1200m

All strokes are covered in each level with scaling options available.
